During the 7th edition of Beer & Food Attraction, Iotti Frigoriferi will not only supply the rental services for professional cooking and refrigerating equipment to those exhibitors (breweries and food companies) who will request them, but it will be also involved in the Burger Battle!

A professional kitchen will be set up with ovens, fry tops, induction hobs, steel work benches, refrigerated cabinets, freezer cabinets, dish washers, practically all the basic professional equipment necessary to enable all the competitors “to do battle” on equal terms.

As technical sponsor, we have supplied the best solutions for the competition, leaving nothing to chance!

Now we are anxious to hear meat sizzle and see which equipment with be used to get the best Maillard and the best matchings for a perfect juicy and foodporn burger!

On the 28th March 2022, after a selection process, 6 hamburger restaurants will battle it out for the title of the best Hamburgeria in Italy.
